The Villa is a luxurious, elegant, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached Villa near the sleepy village of Arboleas in the Almanzora valley of Almeria in Spain offering fantastic mountain views.

The master bedroom has a double bed, Air Conditioning, large en-suit large wardrobe, The second and third bedrooms offering a double bed, wardrobes, cabinets, and fans. A further bathroom is also on the ground floor.

There is a beautiful kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, sinks and all usual kitchen equipment

The large lounge has a TV, Open Fire, Table & Chairs, Settee's, Curtains etc. and also boasts double patio doors leading out to a Swimming Pool. 

The Villa offers the opportunity for a tranquil and relaxing holiday and features a gated garden, with its own swimming pool, There is plenty of off road parking space. 

The sleepy town of Arboleas offers local shops, including a butcher and baker, bars and restaurants both Spanish and English and is only approx 5 minutes drive.

There are many places to visit all with easy driving distance such as Beaches, Water Parks, Pubs & Clubs, Golf Course's Some of which are :

• Mojacar Playa

Mojacar Playa beach is actually a misnomer as there are 17 kilometres of beaches here, of which only 7 kilometres have been developed and given the coveted Blue Flag award. The popular resort of Mojacar Playa has been developed over recent years and has every facility imaginable – but if you want a deserted stretch of beach you won’t have to go far to find it. There are plenty of bars and restaurants. 

Facilities include toilets, showers, Life Guard, hire of equipment for water sports.

• Garrucha Beach

Garrucha is a lovely Harbour. The breakwater means the waters of this Blue Flag beach are extremely calm and safe for swimming. The beach is very popular with families and the facilities are excellent with plenty of place to eat and a children’s play area. Facilities include toilets, life-guards, hire equipment for water sport's.

• Puerto Rey

On the East Coast of Almeria there is a place of unspoiled natural beauty where you will enjoy wonderful weather by the sea. Puerto Rey. Its large beach (Vera Playa) with find sand has been awarded the Blue European Community Flag.

In Puerto Rey you will find swimming pools, tennis, volley ball and football courts, a very classy gymnasium, mini golf where you can have drinks and ice-creams, bars, restaurants, beach-bars, a supermarket a garden for children and many other facilities along with the special attraction of Europe’s first nudist hotel.

The beach is approximately 2.3km long by 50m wide with fine golden sand and a few beach bars serving menu’s and tapas all day.

It is usually a windy beach to sit on but of the highest calibre in the area.

There are life guards posted all along the beach providing peace of mind whilst the children play!

It is the perfect place for those who look for peace and tranquillity along with healthy activities. Its neighbouring towns of Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar. These towns are full of shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, weekly markets an animated nightlife and many festivities during the year.

With great beach access, a good selection of shops (Including the new Puerto Rey Shopping Centre “La Esquina De Puerto Rey” and sports facilities.

Puerto Rey has a very tropical feel due to its palm trees and green areas.

Puerto Rey compromises of three golf courses and two marinas and many other attractions including water park's and health clubs.

Live shows throughout the day. Inspect some of the less savoury characters hanging around the street. There’s a wild west saloon and film museum. A zoo with 150 species of animals from around the world. There are great looking primates and some interesting iguanas, Larger animals include giraffes, bears, hippo’s, elephants and kangaroos (in their enclosures of course!)

There is also a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and children’s playground

• Desert Springs Golf Course

The 18 hole golf course at desert springs, par 72 course of 6,173 meters.
