The development offers extensive gardens with streams and water falls along with communal pools, tennis courts, cycle paths and an onsite bar restaurant called La Peperina serving food and refreshments. You can eat alfresco overlooking one of the stunning communal pools with lovely views. The villa has a well cared for garden and private roof terrance. The jacuzzi tub for up to 6 people is a must to relax in! The stunning local blue flag sandy beach just under a mile away stretches 8 km's all the way to Mojacar. The water park is a real favourite for the kids only 1 mile away and there is also local go karting and 5 lovely golf courses near by. Local bars and restaurants are on hand and the area offers a real traditional Spanish feel with no high rise buildings and Mojacar village up in the mountains is a lovely local tourist mecca. 

Pueblo Salinas is 1 mile from an 8km long blue flag beach with stunning mountain views. The local fishing port of Garrucha has wonderful fresh fish caught by the locals and served in many local restaurants with alfresco dining in abundance. Mojacar has many facilities and restaurants and stunning beaches and views. The area is now popular with golfers having at least 5 courses within a 20 minute drive. The area is proud of it's traditional Spanish feel with no high rise buildings and a relaxed atmosphere. Vera is easily accesible from Almeria airport 50 mins, Murcia 1hr 15 mins and Alicante 2 hours away. All low cost airlines fly to the area so you have a wide choice of flights. You will also find a superb water park, go karting track water sports and the area is popular with walkers and cyclists.
