This beautiful modern semi-detached villa in an exclusive gated development just minutes away from blue flag beaches, bars, restaurants and with many leisure activities on the door step. The property has a secure walled and planted garden with jacuzzi (extra charge), covered terrace to include outside dining and spacious living/dining room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower, the other with a shower. The accomodation is on two floors with the upper bedrooms benefitting from a spacious terrace off the main bedroom and small balcony of the second bedroom, both at the rear of the property overlooking the garden. There is space for one car in the gated driveway, and further visitor spaces closeby. The house meets all needs and comforts for a relaxing holiday.

Bed linen and towels are provided, plus a cot and highchair for those with small children. The sitting room offers a TV and DVD player plus music system. The kitchen has all modern appliances including cooker/fridge/microwave/ washing machine/toaster and coffee maker.

Pueblo Salinas is a gated secure communitgy with two swimming pools (plus a childrens pool) that is open from May until October, tennis/padel courts, gym and popular Pepperina restaurant/bar. The scheme also benefits from a large landscaped community garden with central streams and walkways.

Vera Playa offers 8.5km of fantastic blue flag beaches (5 minutes drive), local golf courses (including the Championship Desert Springs course and Valle De Este) and fun local water park. There are two large supermarkets close by.

Vera itself is a beautiful Spanish town with lovely square and historic bull ring, filled with local shops and famous Saturday market. Nearby are thr fishing villages/towns of Villaricos and Garrucha. Whilst there are many bars and restaurants in Vera Playa, nearby Mocajar Playa offers a wide range of shopping, beach clubs and nightlife.

On the hill above the area, Mocajar forms the backdrop as a beautiful white painted hill top village of Moorish influence and design. The Cabo de Gata is just on the doorstep which is a huge national park with a wide range of nightlife, excellent cycling/walking and the some of the best unspoilt beaches in Spain. Further afield are the larger theme park attractions such as fort Bravo and mini Hollywood. All in all, plenty to keep everyone entertained whilst enjoying a great holiday.
