LOCAL AREA : There are to many towns and villages to mention all but the property itself is located between the small commercial town of Vera and the fishing village of Garrucha both of which are no more then 5 minutes away. Both towns offer the usual bars ,restaurants and shopping. One of the nicest places to visit for shopping or food is the town of Mojacar it is situated high up overlooking the entire area with a panoramic view of about 6 to 7 miles in all directions and a nighttime visit is especially breathtaking. Other villages within 15 minutes drive include Bedar, Palomeras, Villicricos and Carboneras all of which have something to offer the curious tourist so take your pick.

 

NOW WHAT ABOUT THE BEACH?? Well its quite simple you can either walk for 5 minutes or drive for 5 to get to it. When your on it you have about 6 to 7 kilometers to choose from ..

 

Finally some areas along the coast are NATURIST areas i.e.FULLY NUDE We point this out for those of you who will be bringing children along.
