Master bedroom over looking the swimming pool. Lay in bed and listen to the sea and watch the spectacular sun rise. Breakfast on the terrace is a must. Master double bedroom, The twin room is also overlooking swimming pool, The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine and dish washer.

Built just a while ago everything is in pristine condition. Fantastic location with the sea on the doorstep, and large patio area for BBQs.

• The master bedroom has a lovely balcony with views of the swimming pool. There is a double bed, fitted double wardrobe and bed cabinets. The second bedroom has views over the swimming pool, it has twin beds and a wardrobe. 

 

The waters and rock pools on the beach are crystal clear and provide excellent snorkeling and fishing areas. There are many beautiful sandy beaches near to El Calon.

Golf and Snow skiing: There are four 18 hole golf courses within an easy drive, Dessert Springs which is the only dessert championship course within Europe, used for winter training, an absolutely stunning course, the fabulous Val del Este, the stunning course at Aguilon and Marina Golf overlooking the med. There is also a 9 hole course at Corte Grande.

The fabulous sunny ski resort of Sierra Nevada is approximately a 2 1/4 hour drive away. 

Shopping, market and site seeing trips can be arranged. Also shopping can be ordered and delivered to the house
